No. We do only visual inspections for mold, meaning if you see it, then we’ll come take a look. If, however, you suspect mold, we require a third party to test for it. We have your structure tested before and after mold remediation to ensure your space is completely cleaned. Our mold division works at a high level and never covers over the mold; we completely remove it and create a barrier in the affected space to protect the rest of your home.

Yes. We are happy to work with them directly for water damage insurance claims, fire damage insurance claims, and all other claims.

We can secure your property with our emergency board-up team (we are available 24-7). If you need a place to stay for the night, we can help facilitate a hotel and provide all the necessities for your stay (i.e., toothbrush, diapers, water, clothing, and so on).

Yes. We have a state-of-the-art contents restoration and cleaning facility. We can schedule a pack-out, store your contents in our secure contents facility while your structure is being repaired, and then, when it’s time to return, we pack everything back into your space exactly where we found it.
